3. Third-Party Products & Support

All third-party products provided on WpWar.com are supported by their original authors, not by WpWar.com. We encourage you to review the support terms provided by the product authors before making a purchase. For products sold by official resellers, the support typically includes assistance with product installation, configuration, and usage.

Note:

We have discontinued updates for Yith products due to the termination of our agreement with them. If this changes in the future, we will notify our users. Other products, such as MTS, no longer fall under the GPL license, and we are unable to provide or upload the latest versions.

4. Guarantee Upload Service

We offer a guarantee to upload any product within the GPL license for our members. This service requires a payment of 50% of the original product’s price and is available to active members. However, no license or support is provided with this service.

5. Account Termination and Suspension

Users who do not wish to continue their subscription will automatically lose access to WpWar.com products. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if any guidelines or terms of service are violated.

6. Unauthorized Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing any products (modified or unmodified) from WpWar.com via any means (e.g., torrent, social media, messengers).
• Offering products for redistribution or resale unless explicitly permitted by the license.
• Downloading older versions of products without the intention to use them in current projects.
• Reselling or reusing any part of the products’ imagery, clipart, fonts, or video footage.
• Using WpWar.com products for on-demand services or to promote your own products.
• Sharing account access with others or using multiple IP addresses to download products.

If any unauthorized activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account.

7. Business Use of Our Services

If you use our services on behalf of a business, the business will be responsible for complying with these terms. Your business must indemnify WpWar.com and its affiliates from any claims or actions resulting from violations of these terms.

8. Product Warranty & Support

While we strive to provide top-quality products, WpWar.com does not offer direct support for third-party themes, plugins, or extensions. If you require premium support, we offer it at a rate of $15 per hour, refundable if we are unable to resolve your issue.

9. Download and Usage Restrictions

• Members are allowed a set number of downloads per day based on their membership plan (e.g., Standard – 15, Premium – 20 items per day).
• Downloads must be intended for ongoing projects, not for creating a product database.
• Mass downloads or using a “robotic” mindset to accumulate products may result in account suspension.
• If a product version is incompatible with your site, you may download an older version only for legitimate use.

10. Refund Policy

WpWar.com offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on products under the following conditions:

• A full refund is provided if the product does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not applicable for the Super One/Reseller Membership Plan, cryptocurrency payments, bank transfer payments, or for future updates of products.
• Refunds are also not provided for change of mind, technical skill limitations, or mistaken purchases.

11. Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded instantly after payment. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, your order will be manually confirmed within 6 to 24 hours.
